AUSTIN, Texas (November 29, 2012) – On December 5, 2012, United Heritage Credit Union will celebrate the one-year anniversary of its 13th branch location at River Place Boulevard and Ranch Road 2222, in Northwest Austin. In honor of the occasion, the branch will offer anniversary specials December 5-15, including two chances to win an iPad Mini, a free safe deposit box for a year and the opportunity to vote and help a local school win $500. The school donation contest includes River Place Elementary, Four Points Middle School and Vandegrift High School. The school with the most support will receive a $500 donation from United Heritage. Voting will be available only at the River Place branch.
Local residents are invited to visit the branch on December 5, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., to play Plinko for a chance to win prizes and to enjoy complimentary food from Rise & Shine Bakery, Schlotzsky’s Deli, and Hey Cupcake! Free drinks, popcorn and ice cream will be served all day. Free chair massages will also be available in the branch 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
To continue the celebration there will be a family-friendly community event at the branch 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8. The festivities will include a bounce house, face painters, balloon artist, photo opportunity with Bevo the longhorn, lunch served by The Seedling Truck food trailer and dessert from Hey Cupcake!
